Hori's models have varied in joystick and button placement. This model adopts the "Kai" layout, which positions the joystick further left from the buttons. The modern Hori RAP series was not designed for custom artwork, so it requires removing the top artwork panel via hair-dryer or heat gun, the glue underneath the panel (what remains on the metal panel) via Goo-Gone or similar. A 1/40" thin acrylic film is utilized for this. Unfortunately, etching cannot be performed on this 1/40" acrylic. Click here for a visual reference of these Fightsticks

Options include 6 or 8 button Noir layout, removing Control Panel (often requested when using multi-console PCBs), removing the start/option button (hidden under the square lid) and removing bottom middle screw.

This came out perfectly
I ordered this art using a pretty high res image I found and cropping it to the exact dimensions of my stick. It came out perfectly and was easy to install. Remi on Jul 12th 2019

Great Print, Slightly Misaligned
The artwork came out beautifully, though I did notice that it was slightly misaligned in terms of where the screws went. With the replacement plexi I got to go over it it seems to bend up a bit on the sides with the artwork being aligned to the holes. It's a very minor thing, and isn't really all too visible, but it is worth noting. Joseph Riley on Sep 21st 2018

Pretty Good.
The print came out way darker than I thought it would but that is my crappy monitors fault. The print has more of a matte finish than I expected but it looks good under the plexi. I will be ordering a few more prints soon as I was overall satisfied with the quality of the print work and cutting. Unknown on Apr 13th 2018

Almost perfect
Update from FA: Thank you for your review. We're looking into screw hole positioning button hole diameter, as there are similar reports of slight bending with the thinner plexi material. --- As far as image quality goes its perfect. The only flaw is that the screws holes were a little misaligned that the art and plexi were bending a bit. After some minor alteration it fits just fine and my little fix isnt at all visible. Over all I'm pretty happy with it. I hope this review will be helpful to the staff. Unknown on Mar 27th 2018
