First generation MadCatz T.E.2 Fightsticks utilized a bevel-edge panel that allowed it to fit flush with the panel border. Later generation models, removed the bevel edge but also use a much thinner plastic cover. The cover is designed to fit around pushbuttons, instead of the traditional placement under the buttons. The artwork print is cut specifically for the newer generation MadCatz T.E.2 
Generation 2 Fightstick for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, plus T.E.2+ for PS3/PS4. You can use this plexi on Generation 1 TE2 Fightsticks as well. The artwork possesses a larger hole diameter than is typically found on FightSticks whose artwork fits under the buttons. Options include Vewlix button layout. Optionally, you can add artwork for the two 24mm "Guide" and "Menu/Back" buttons positioned to the back of the T.E.2.

Happy but not too much
Update from FA - We encourage customers to use our PSD templates for accurate positioning. If we get a flat JPEG or an image does not conform to the panel it's requested for, we have to crop or cut at our discretion. Unfortunately we don't have time or resources to consult customers for every submission that arrives, as that service is not in the price. --- Happy but not too much cause my full image did not get 100% in the picture so without being warned before printing FA cut 10% of the right image if I had warned me before I did I could fix it All moving 5 centimeters from right to left .. because example my writing TE2 + tournament edition cut in half that only becomes TE2 + tournam .... and then the sheet is not the best to see, as I said before I knew I would have dragged him to the left. Just by opening the pack to surprise I found this unique neo of the excellent work done, for the rest the cutting and printing did a great job 4 star check and not 5 for this foul above. Service is AMAZING!
Update from FA: We do offer 300dpi Photoshop templates that allow customers to line up the artwork as they want to before submitting. You can find them in https://support.focusattack.com/hc/en-us/articles/207447753-Control-Panel-Templates, and a link to them is available under "Template" in every product listing. When a flat JPEG image of varying resolution is submitted, our artist uses his discretion to position it for the Fightstick it must appear in. Unfortunately we do not have the technical resources to create an online preview for each Fightstick with artwork, which is why we offer the Photoshop templates. --- I have 2 points to speak too. Point #1: This service is amazing and well worth the money! Point #2: There needs to be an interface/service when submitting artwork to line up or center the image before it goes to print. My artwork did not come out as expected based on the image itself. If this service existed it would take the guess work out of what your final image would look like. Derrick K on Apr 13th 2017

As a longtime casual player of fighting games, I felt that I needed to up my fightstick game aesthetically.
