The Mayflash F300 design is used across a variety of models and brands, such as the Venom Arcade Fightstick, F500 Elite, 8BitDo FC30 Arcade, and older variants. This is not compatible with the larger Mayflash F500, Venom PS4, or 8BitDo FC30 Arcade. A foam pad is available for those models.

Foam Pad Orientation
The Mayflash F300 has what may appear as equidistant screw holes that would allow installation in multiple orientations. However our experience installing the pad did not present this opportunity. Each pad has a small arrow indicating bottom right of the foam pad. Use this to orient your install correctly.

Blank Non-Slip Foam Pad for Mayflash F300

Nice and comfy
It makes the Mayflash F300 much more comfortable on the lap and it fits very well. However, if you plan to use it on a desk, it's not as grippy as the stock pads but still usable. Unknown on May 15th 2022
