The Atrox's original panel has a unique thickness 
that is not common with acrylic manufacturers. This led us to find a panel that is slightly thinner than the more common 1/8". The replacement panel is .100" (2.54mm) - slightly thicker than the original Razer Atrox panel .80" (2.03mm). Razer's unique bevel screw install is replicated in the plexi. This allows the original Atrox screws to fit.

Almost flush. But it's lined up correctly.
Panel's cutouts are definitely spaced correctly but I wouldn't call it flush. It still is advertised as slightly thicker than original so it's not enough detraction to make it any lower than 4 stars. If you've damaged your original panel, I'd still recommend this one. Thomas B. on Aug 12th 2019
