The Samducksa 300 Series of joysticks commonly utilize a rubber grommet, which acts similar to a spring in a joystick lever. It helps the shaft return to a neutral position after a direction is pressed and microswitch is engaged.
The ST-30 Medium Tension Rubber Grommet is currently used in the Crown CWL-309-MJ-NEW-Helpme-KMS-ST30 Joystick, offering a slightly higher tension than the ST-25. The lighter tension ST25 offers a similar feel to the default Sanwa JLF spring - about .5lb force tension.

Wish this came standard in the 309 series
Initially 35a grommet is a bit too stiff, and the 25a a bit too soft, wish I had this when I was first getting into Crown levers. Tony on Jun 19th 2022

It's good but
It's good but still felt a little too strong. I'd recommend goin with the 25 for a good balance for 3D fighters AND anime/2D fighters. Unknown on May 10th 2021
